SIMA closes its 27th edition, reinforcing its position as a global investment platform for the residential and flex living sectors and placing Madrid at the centre of international flows of real estate investment and development.
The event once again brought together developers, landowners, agencies, consulting firms, valuers, construction firms, financial institutions and companies from the proptech ecosystem, among other sectors, to showcase their residential offering and related services.
SIMA consolidates an international environment focused on the development of the residential market and affordable housing, effectively connecting supply, capital and demand to drive growth in the living sector.

SIMA is a global ecosystem where companies, investors, operators and public administrations converge on an international scale. With 35 countries participating, the 2025 edition reflected the growing internationalisation of the living sector and global interest in Spain. This geographical diversity, with a presence from Europe, Latin America, North America, Asia, Africa and Oceania, consolidates SIMA as a unique platform for generating cross-border connections, anticipating trends and activating new business opportunities in a global environment.
Alongside securing top‑tier international partners, SIMA has established an International Advisory Committee to strengthen innovation, shared knowledge and global collaboration aimed at meeting the challenge of delivering more and better housing, as well as developing new living models. The committee is made up of leading industry figures from around the world and also helps to foster new business opportunities across the residential and living sectors.
