Letsinvest an European digital investment boutique launched in 2021. We are a fintech startup that created a co-investing platform that gives access to commercial and residential real estate projects. Our platform unites real estate professionals who are looking for financing and investors who are seeking to co-finance real estate projects. Platform operates as a crowd-investing platform, focusing on bigger investors, thus, any investor can participate starting from EUR 500 and co-invest together with the large-scale investors.
It’s very important to mention that our platform is licensed as a European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), supervised by the Bank of Lithuania with registrations in Spain (CNMV), Portugal (CNMV). Also, our licences lets us to offer services across the EEA.
The geography of Letsinvest projects is broad. We finance projects in Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Norway, and the Baltic countries.
