What are the ASPRIMA-SIMA AWARDS
They are the most prestigious awards in the real estate sector, held as part of SIMA to recognise and publicly reward the best initiatives in the industry, promoting innovation, sustainability and quality in housing construction and development.
Organised by ASPRIMA and Planner Exhibitions, the awards span a wide range of categories, from best urban development to outstanding initiatives in training or innovation. These accolades aim not only to acknowledge the effort and creativity of professionals in the sector, but also to foster a healthy competitive environment that drives continuous improvement in the real estate industry.
Categories
The 2026 edition will featurea fourteen categories: eleven under the competition format and hree Special Awards freely designated by the Jury.
In its 23rd edition, the ASPRIMA-SIMA AWARDS will recognise the best initiatives in the real estate sector across the following categories:
