Urbanitae is a real estate financing and investment platform regulated and supervised by the CNMV. Since 2019, it has connected private capital with selected real estate opportunities, enabling individual, high-net-worth and institutional investors to access debt, equity and hybrid projects alongside developers with a proven track record.

With a presence in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France, Urbanitae combines technology, rigorous analysis, transparency and distribution capacity to offer alternative and complementary financing solutions to traditional bank financing, tailored to the needs of each transaction. Its model enables the financing of residential projects and other asset classes, supporting developers throughout the entire process.

In addition, through Direct Investments, Urbanitae offers investors access to selected opportunities to purchase residential property directly, both new-build and second-hand, with professional support in the analysis, acquisition, financing, refurbishment, rental and management of the asset. This business line also helps developers accelerate residential sales and strengthen the commercial traction of their projects from the early stages.

Since 2019, Urbanitae has financed more than 290 transactions for a volume of over €650 million, through more than 275,000 investments. In addition, it has already returned more than €210 million to its investors, with an average annual return of over 12%.
