La Isla, the first phase of the development, is conceived as a private environment surrounded by over 10,000 m² of water features, with architecture adapted to the tropical climate and natural materials — lime stucco, natural stone, light wood, rattan, and plant fibers — with delivery scheduled for December 2028.
