By 2016, all segments of real estate have continued to capture international (and domestic) institutional investment and asset purchase transactions have been adding significant capital injections into corporate operations. So much so, that of the 70 major operations carried out by foreign capital in 2016, 22 have direct or indirect protagonist in the real estate sector *. Spain will continue to grow above the average of the euro economies and everything suggests that real estate investment will maintain its dynamism.
The program will review the situation and the investment prospects in the different real estate segments, analyze the changes in the pattern of investors and investments and reflect on the accelerators and curbs of investment in the real estate sector.
