Overview

The Conference is the meeting point for excellence of promoters, marketers, financial entities and other agents of the real estate market focused on the residential segment.

This edition will be structured around the following five blocks: the demographic impact on the production and sale of homes, the current situation of the developer’s financing, how it is possible to industrialize the sector, what values should define the new reality of the residential sector and, finally, a reflection on urbanism in Madrid.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of registrations to the event should be addressed in writing to PLANNER EXHIBITIONS by e-mail (celia.demena@gplanner.com). The refunds that are applicable will be made after the event. The cancellation expenses will be, depending on the date of communication of the same, the following:

  • 30 days or more prior to the event starts: Full Refund.
  • Between 15 and 30 days prior to the event starts: € 75 + VAT Cancellation.
  • Less than 15 days prior to the event starts: No refund.
