Following the completion of the “Casa Solar”, by Madrid’s Universidad Politécnica, which will compete in Washington this autumn, SIMAFutura continues to uphold its objectives of offering both private and professional visitors a glimpse of the latest construction trends in terms of innovation, sustainability, automation, and energy efficiency.
THE SALON INMOBILIARIO INTERNACIONAL DE MADRID and, specifically, SIMAFutura, remain faithful to their commitment to innovation and sustainability. Ever since 2002 SIMA has continued to be a pioneer in the presentation and recognition of the sector in these fields.
At SIMA 2010 we will continue in our resolve to partner the real estate sector, its associated industries and the technology that facilitates its development. To this end we have designed a specific space within the exhibition for the general public, and have called new forums and working meetings for sector professionals.
Building certification is set to become the sector’s new battle horse, in order to adapt its working systems to the new regulations’ demands for sustainability.
